By accessing or using the 212 Print Lab website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

212 Print Lab provides custom printing services including but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, DTF transfers, UV transfers, stickers, banners, flyers, business cards, posters, and custom apparel. We serve individuals, small businesses, restaurants, events, organizations, nonprofits, clothing brands, content creators, and local businesses in the NYC area.

Submitting an order or quote request through our forms does not constitute a binding purchase. An order becomes binding once you approve the order summary and any required payment conditions are satisfied. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including contact details, quantities, sizes, colors, and delivery information.

Payment terms will be communicated with your order approval. Orders will not move into production until required approvals and payment conditions are satisfied. Pricing is subject to change based on quantity, garment type, print locations, and artwork complexity. Any quoted price is valid for the period stated in the quote.

You may upload your own artwork or request design help. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs you provide. 212 Print Lab is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Artwork must be approved before production begins. We are not responsible for errors in artwork that you approved. We may make minor adjustments for printability and will notify you of significant changes.

Turnaround times are estimates and depend on order volume, artwork approval, and garment availability. We will communicate expected completion dates with your order summary. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or third-party supplier issues.

Free Wednesday and Friday delivery is available on qualifying orders of $100 or more within eligible delivery areas. Other-day delivery may be available for an additional charge. Pickup is available at our NYC location. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect address information or inability to access the delivery location.

Existing customers may use our one-click reorder feature to reorder previous products. Reorders create a new order and do not overwrite your previous completed order. You may adjust quantity, sizes, colors, need-by date, delivery, and artwork during the reorder process.

The 212 Print Lab Free Shirt Giveaway is a promotional drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entering the giveaway does not guarantee a prize and does not automatically declare a winner.

Winner selection follows our published Official Giveaway Rules and uses a documented random-selection process from the eligible-entry pool for each drawing period. Entrants will be informed of the outcome only after the winner-selection process is complete.

By entering, you agree to the Official Giveaway Rules, which are available via the link on the giveaway entry page. We may request a photo or testimonial from winners and will only use such content with your permission.

Order cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Once an order has moved into production, cancellation may not be possible and costs already incurred may be charged. Refunds, where applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs created by 212 Print Lab, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 212 Print Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a print order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold 212 Print Lab harmless from claims arising from artwork or content you provide, your use of our services, or your violation of these terms.

Our SMS messaging complies with A2P 10DLC requirements and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By consenting to SMS messages, you agree to receive messages from 212 Print Lab at the number provided. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
